Tooth numbering trainer

US offices and the NBDHE use the Universal system: permanent teeth 1 to 32, starting at the upper right third molar, across to 16, down to 17 (lower left third molar) and around to 32. Primary teeth are lettered A to T in the same order. You'll also meet FDI (two digits: quadrant, then tooth) and Palmer (a quadrant bracket around 1-8 or A-E). The chart is drawn as if you face the patient.
